Our Story

I love seeing that moment—the way someone’s face softens in awe, surprise, or joy. That’s the magic that pulled me into flowers.

Life’s too short to be a CPA (been there) or write another business book (done that). With Dear Lily, I get to create art for a living. Every single day.

But not the kind that stays behind museum glass.
This is living art.
Art that celebrates people.

I’ve made flowers for birthdays, apologies, anniversaries, weddings… for new babies, new homes, new chapters.
That’s what being a legacy florist means.
Not just beautiful blooms, but being part of life in Raleigh.
