Dear Lily Chateau is a destination to be seen.
A newly renovated in the style of French Chateau estate in North Raleigh. With the views of sprawling trees from all windows, and with thoughtfully hand-picked pieces of art. It's a place, where learning floral design is a treat for all the senses.

The Dear Lily Château was envisioned as a bespoke jewel of beauty and art. Upon arrival, your team is invited to wander, explore, and settle into the atmosphere before the experience begins.
Each retreat lasts approximately 2.5–3 hours, depending on your group’s needs. Guests are welcomed with a hand-crafted espresso drink or a glass of bubbly — a gentle transition from the workday into something more intentional.
Once everyone is settled, the guided design journey begins.
Anya leads the experience with clarity, warmth, and engaging storytelling, simplifying the art of floral design and showing how to create arrangements that feel refined and effortlessly chic (yes, even with blooms from Trader Joe’s). Whether your team is seasoned or brand-new to flowers, every participant receives thoughtful guidance and support throughout.
Midway through, we pause briefly to refuel with freshly baked treats, selected to your team’s preference.
At the close of the retreat, each arrangement is carefully wrapped for safe transport. A tangible reminder of what the beauty one can create with their own hands.

Your team will experience a guided floral design journey, paired with engaging storytelling that fosters focus, connection, and creativity. All levels of experience are warmly welcomed.
We have found that groups between 6 and 14 guests work best at the Chateau. For larger groups, coming to your place of work could be considered.
Just bring your team. Everything else is provided and will be waiting for you.
Your retreat date is secured once your deposit is received.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 15 days’ notice prior to your event. Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit, as floral materials are custom-ordered specifically for your team.
Rescheduling is available with a minimum of 15 days’ notice, and is subject to availability. Please note that flower orders are placed 15 days before your event date and cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.
Because each retreat is prepared with intentionally sourced blooms, we are unable to offer credits or refunds for no-shows. Any additional florals will be available for your team to incorporate and enjoy during the experience.

For groups or 20 and more participants, a flat fee group fee will apply.
A $350 deposit secures your date.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the event.
